Following the receipt of the Conditional Offer Letter, the applicant should pay the first instalment for the first year (remaining can be paid in up to two or three instalments, depending on each University policy) and specify applicant’s full name as well as a passport number in the Purpose of Transfer line. After receiving the payment, the Medical school will send a Fee Acknowledgement Letter to the applicant; Candidates should send an Original copy of the Power of Attorney to the university of his/her choice authorizing the school to represent the applicant with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia; The university will apply to the National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancement and request the recognition of applicant’s education status acquired abroad with an aim to grant the right to enrol in the higher educational institution without sitting Unified National Examinations/Unified Master’s Examination; Consequently, the Medical university will issue the enrolment document (granting student status) and an invitation to Georgia – Unconditional Offer Letter.
The “Letter of Acceptance” is necessary to get a Student visa and consequently, a Residence Permit.
