SME Wins Court Case

SME Wins Court Case

In a court case held in June 2021, the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court awarded Study Medicine Europe (SME) damages arising from a claim against the company “London Medical Academy – Pre Medical Education Ltd” who was found to have used a name and logo similar to that of SME.

In doing this, the company was deemed to be passing itself off as SME and benefiting from the goodwill and reputation it has built up over the past decade.

SME is a leader in the field of Student Recruitment and will always defend itself against any organisation using its reputation and good name to misdirect students.
